1. Virtual Hypnotherapy, Coaching and TrancePlan Sessions
   Virtual visits are conducted via Zoom as the client and clinician are not in the same physical location.
2. Attendance and Cancellation Policy
   Clients are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. A fee of $50 may apply for no-shows or late cancellations after the first instance. Pricing is $100 per hour or $500 for six sessions, payable in advance. No late fee applies if rescheduled within the same week.
3. Limitations of Virtual Hypnotherapy
   There may be limitations in accessing information that could be obtained in a face-to-face visit, potentially leading to errors in psychological judgment.
4. Electronic Service Risks
   There may be risks of deficiencies, delays, or failures during service transfer due to electronic issues. Please rry to have secure internet connection. 
5. Emergency Services
   Hypnotherapy via teletherapy does not provide emergency services.
6. Confidentiality
   All information provided will be held confidential and not disclosed without permission, except as required by law. The electronic systems used incorporate network and software security protocols (encryption) to protect patient information and data.
7. Appointment Scheduling
   Please establish a regular appointment time for the first 4-6 weeks.
