An alternative path through stress, anxiety & depression.

TrancePlan Hypnotherapy offers an alternative approach for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Susan has provided this service for over 17 years, drawing on more than three decades of clinical experience.

Her method combines Ericksonian Hypnotherapy with Eastern philosophies — specifically Yoga Nidra — integrating verbal and non-verbal techniques to help clients access the subconscious mind and create positive, lasting change.

Principles & Techniques

The core principle: the subconscious mind is the source of our mental and emotional well-being.

01

Our Approach

Susan guides clients toward valuable insights that enable positive transformation — reaching the subconscious, where genuine and lasting behavioral change begins.

02

Induction

Sessions use deep, cyclical frequencies that mirror lucid dreaming and REM sleep, easing you into a flow state through progressive relaxation and hypnotic suggestion.

03

Wisdom Traditions

Cultural elements weave in readings from the Vignanabhairava Tantra, Buddhism, the Upanishads, and Ram Dass — with clients envisioning success much like Olympic athletes visualize a win.

04

Benefits

A safe, science-based blend of hypnotherapy, life coaching, and therapy for deep transformation — reprogramming old patterns and building a clear roadmap toward your goals.

05

A Commitment to Growth

These modalities are ongoing processes, not quick fixes. Lasting results ask for time and commitment — and reward you with real, embodied change.

06

The Bigger Picture

Together, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy become a powerful tool for growth — addressing underlying issues to foster greater clarity, purpose, and freedom.
