Dear Susan, Before I forget this thought. Your vagus nerve practices and frequencies have been the icing on the cake in addition to my yoga and nose breathing. When we talked about discussing therapies for my CPTSD, I recall thinking I don’t want to relive bad moments to change how I feel. I like what we are doing. I feel the bottom up approach is really working for me. Just alleviating the mental and physical responses I have has been more beneficial than any therapy I had where I was asked to revisit traumas. It has been an amazing almost two weeks since I began vagus nerve strengthening. Thank you so much for giving me these tools. Hypnotherapy is safe. You’ll remain in control along with being monitored throughout the session. You will be guided to be aware and make your own decisions. My role is to help you to focus on your positive change. You will remain safe and comfortable every time.
At this time, we only offer online or remote sessions. We can meet through Zoom Video. Online hypnotherapy has been proven to be just as effective and more convenient than in-person sessions.
Yes. Hypnotherapy in English can be scheduled outside of USA. Requirements by state outside New York.
